There’s a lot of banter on the net about the current crisis. I agree with some but not all. Frankly, I’m waiting and watching. What are your thoughts?

The industry is picking up a little in our area, but we still have a lot of our business coming from foreclosures. We are hoping the refi business will take the place of that with coming changes by congress. In the meantime, we’re just glad to be working.
